What are your shipping options?
We ship via UPS 2nd Day Air. Your order will arrive within 2 business days after it ships.
What is your return policy?
All orders are final. Since our desserts are made-to-order perishable items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, orders may be cancelled up to 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.
How should I handle my desserts upon arrival?
Our desserts are perishable and should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues. For best quality and freshness, consume within the timeframe indicated on the product packaging.
How should I store my desserts?
Store all desserts in the refrigerator at 40°F or below. Keep them in their original packaging or transfer to an airtight container to maintain freshness. Do not leave desserts at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our made-to-order desserts are freshest within 3-5 days of delivery when properly refrigerated. For longer storage, our desserts can be frozen: cheesecakes can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months, while other desserts can be frozen for up to 1 month. Thaw frozen desserts in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
